Amer 94′, whose project was developed starting from Amer 92’s hull lines, volumes and style, is a “revolutionary” boat.
Already under construction, with the purpose to be presented during the Internal Exhibitions of Cannes and Genoa 2015, the boat adopts, for fhe first time among superyachts, the Volvo Penta IPS engines instead of traditional engines. The result is not only a smaller engine compartment and a larger space for guests but also lower consumptions at high speed if compared with previous Amer’s models and the other traditional boats.
If we compare a traditional displacing boat with a maximum speed of 12 kn and Amer 94′ (with 3 x Volvo Penta IPS 1200 engine) at 19,2 kn on the route Sanremo – Spalato (about 1000 miles) we obtain the following result: with an equal consumption, Amer 94′ will get Spalato in half the time than the traditional boat.
For its projects, PerMare used the collaboration of the engineer Massimo Verme who curated the technical development of the existing Amer models, with a particular attention to weight distribution, sound ad heat insulation.
If from a technical point of view, PerMare uses advanced systems allowing displacing and planing speed and low consumption in case of long routes, it is also excellent in involving its customers in the boat construction, by giving them many sketches in order to find their favourite profile.
This way, customers have a great possibility of choice, from the furniture materials to the interior solutions, with the help of a personal architect.
We can’t forget the collaboration with the Architect Stefano Tini, who created a lot of particular and customised interior layouts.
