Aquila 50 Yacht is coming soon to Europe and Italy

Aquila 50, Aquila 42, Aquila 46 Coupè: exciting news for Aquila Power Catamaran. The shipyard has confirmed its participation in the Miami International Boat Show, scheduled to take place from February 12 to 16, 2025. During the event, the company will showcase an extraordinary range of luxury yachts and high-performance boats, including the highly anticipated debut of the Aquila 42 Coupe and Aquila 46 Coupe catamarans.

The new Coupe series combines the excitement of an open-air sport boat with the comfort of a large yacht, offering an unparalleled amount of usable space rarely found in boats of this size. Available with inboard and outboard propulsion, as well as featuring the Aquila Hydro Glide Foil System™ as standard, these sleek and sporty catamarans are perfect for a day at sea, a night under the stars, or a weekend adventure to an exciting destination.

Following its remarkable success in America, where 10 units have already been sold, the Aquila 50 model will make its European debut at the International Multihull Boat Show from April 23 to 27, 2025, in La Grande-Motte, France. The yacht will then arrive in Sardinia in July, hosted by the Italian dealer FC-Yacht. The International Yachting Media had the unique opportunity to test this model in a world preview in Clearwater, Florida.

Aquila Power Catamarans, a brand issued from the partnership between Sino Eagle Group and MarineMax, expands its range with the Aquila 50 Yacht. Positioned between the Aquila 54 Yacht and the Aquila 44 Yacht, this new model sets new benchmarks in habitability, comfort, and ease of handling. After the International Multihull Boat Show and a summer season in Sardinia, enthusiasts will have the chance to admire the Aquila 50 Yacht at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, scheduled from September 9 to 14, 2025.

3-, 4- or 5-cabin Layout

The Aquila 50 Yacht on display at the Fort Lauderdale show featured a three-cabin layout, complete with three bathrooms. At La Grande-Motte, the showcased version will feature a four-cabin layout with three bathrooms and a crew cabin, which can optionally be converted into a fourth bathroom.

The variety of practical and functional layout options is matched by meticulous construction quality, achieved through advanced infusion techniques. This approach has already established Aquila Power Catamarans as a major player in the U.S. market.

Ample Spaces and Design

The generous spaces offered by the Aquila 50 Yacht ensure absolute privacy and comfort. Every design detail is carefully crafted to provide both intimacy and practicality, while maximizing the available volumes. A standout feature is the innovative “Explorer” design, characterized by a high freeboard, which gives the Aquila 50 Yacht a distinct personality, setting it apart from other models in the range. Guest cabins are thoughtfully designed with beds oriented towards the sea, aligned with large windows to provide stunning views of the surroundings—an approach previously seen only on the Aquila 70 Yacht. Expansive glazing throughout the yacht enhances the connection to the exterior, while the interior is enriched by high-quality, meticulously crafted materials. Equally impressive is the flybridge, which, with ample room and an optional retractable sunshade, provides additional opportunities to enjoy outdoor navigation.

Power comes from two Volvo Penta D6 turbo diesel engines, 480 hp each. Alternatively, the owner can opt for two Yanmar engines, each offering 550 hp and capable of a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 18-19 knots. The Rent to Buy formula

The Aquila 50 Yacht has already found an owner, thanks to our exclusive Rent-to-Buy formula – says Carlo Orione, CEO of FC-Yacht – Aquila catamarans offer numerous advantages over traditional monohulls, which are further enhanced in the Aquila 50 Yacht. These vessels are designed and built as motor cruisers. The hull lines and deck solutions are tailored to meet the needs of motorboaters, whereas many competitors’ models are originally designed for sailing and later converted to motor yachts”.

The exclusive Rent-to-Buy formula is designed to make boat ownership more accessible for potential buyers. With an initial down payment of 20-30% of the purchase price and a monthly fee, buyers gain the right to use the boat for ten weeks per year. After seven years, they have the option to become full owners. During the weeks the boat is not in use, Free Charter manages its rental, covering mooring fees, maintenance, and insurance expenses.

However, this is not the only way to become a yacht owner quickly. Free Charter,in fact, has developed two other highly appealing purchase options. One of the most recent is the Guaranteed Income plan, which allows buyers to choose from Aquila’s extensive range of catamarans, from 28 to 70 feet, with a down payment of 45% of the purchase price and a balance of 15-20% (depending on the model) after four years. This option is made possible through the advance recognition of the income the boat can generate during the summer months, when Free Charter commits to renting it out. During the first four years, owners still enjoy access to the yacht for an average of four weeks during the high and mid-seasons, and then unlimited use from October 15 to April 15.
