In 2004, when Athena was launched, she created some fuss. It was, at that time, the biggest private sailing boat; today, it’s the biggest one among the classic ones. It was built by the Dutch shipbuilder Royal Huisman, designed by Dykstra Naval Architects and Pieter Beeldsnijder and desired by Jim Clark.

Build according the typical style of 30’s, she has the typical clipper bow, an astern overhong and three decks. She’s made of aluminium. Classic style also for interiors. Despite all this “classicism”, Athea is a sailing yacht which can sail at 19 knots. A further reason to buy it…..
