Beneteau Oceanis 48
Elegant, captivating
If you are looking for a used boat of a certain age (the first unit dates back to nine years ago) with proven reliability in long-range cruising, the Oceanis 48 is certainly the right option for you.
Suitable for long-distance cruises and family holidays, the Oceanis 48 is a fully-equipped cruiser where performance and comfort are harmoniously combined together thanks to a dynamic and functional structure that guarantees excellent sailing performance and great comfort at sea. Time seems to stand still on this boat with timeless charm.
The V-hull makes the boat extraordinarily stable, protecting it from possible skidding. Particularly strategic is the central position of the mast, which not only gives greater extension to the deckhouse but also ensures a better balance to the boat, making maneuvering easier.
The cockpit, compact and delimited by the stern seat, opens and closes electronically, becoming one with the deck plan and further expandind the outdoor space. Furthermore, the cockpit, just in front of the helm station, accommodates two long and comfortable sofas.

The interior design is very refined and bright thanks to the light wood paneling.
The interiors are very spacious, in particular the lounge that, in addition to accommodating a truly comfortable galley with fridge and cooking table on the port side, also accommodates two sofas, one of which is U-shaped, a dinette and a folding chart table. This convivial area is flooded with an incredible amount of natural light by the well-distributed lateral windows.
The night area consists of a large master cabin, positioned in the bow with en-suite bathroom, and four VIP cabins, each with its own bathroom.
The Oceanis 48 can accommodate up to 12 passengers.
The Ocean 48 is commonly powered by a Yanmar 4JH4-TE 75HP engine.
Obviously, the overall value of the boat depends on the number of engine hours.
Built from 2011 to 2017 by Beneteau, the Oceanis 48 can be found on the market with a very wide price range: from € 170,000 for the units requiring important refitting interventations to € 298,000 for well-kept, equipped and periodically updated models. Moreover, on the Oceanis 48, as on other cruisers, the presence or absence of multiple sets of sails and their state of conservation determine the overall value of the boat.
