Benetti will present its new Domani superyacht at Monaco Yacht Show (September 28- October 1). A steel and aluminium 45-metre boat which perfectly reflects the personality of her owner, who has in fact had a very important role in the layout and technical supplies definition. He’s also a precious shipowner for Azimut Benetti Group, since Domani is the fifth boat he builds with them ( the first one was Azimut 116).
Born as a custom yacht, she was later transformed into the first model of FB701 series (the second one is under construction) and now she represents the link between two different product lines: Class and Full Custom. With her 45 metres, Domani is the top of Class line and the smallest sample of Full Custom range.
She has four decks (lower deck, main deck, upper deck and sun deck), an astern 33-square-metre beach club on the lower deck, a fore 100-square-metre relaxation area on the upper deck, ideal to have a cocktail or an informal breakfast.
On the main deck, the large salon is literally flooded with natural light by some huge windows which also offer a wonderful view on the sea. The shipowner’s suite is huge and with a private terrace. The other guest cabins are on the upper and lower deck (respectively, a VIP cabin and 2 double and 2 twin-bed cabins).
The architect Galezzi, who designed interiors, has extremely enhanced the Made in Italy concept in collaboration with some brands like Cassina, Minotti, Flos, Collezione Privata De Lucchi, Rimadesio, Vittoria, Flexform, B&B and Maxalto. A new concept is represented by the introduction of some loose elements, such as beds.
Domani is equipped with two CAT C32 ACERT 1081kW @ 2.100 rpm motors which can push her up to 15 knots.
At 10.5 knots, autonomy is equal to 4000 miles.
