These trailers transport both motor and sailing boats, positioning them with maximum safety within shipyards. Motorboat Trailers

Navaltecnosud Boat Stand offers five models of motorboat trailers. The most innovative is the CAV: an amphibious trailer with hydraulic pistons, suitable for launching and available in versions of 3, 6, 10, or 15 tons. Quick and easy to use for land positioning, thanks to convenient solid rubber wheels and watertight bearings, the CAV moves smoothly over all yards, whether gravel, asphalt, or concrete.

Here are its main technical features:

The other four models of motorboat trailers are as follows:

• CAR-M : Practical, versatile, and easy to use for safely moving boats and inflatable boats in yards, even on uneven surfaces. Available in 3 or 5-ton versions.
• SE (motorboat saddle): Ideal for small and medium motorboats and inflatable boats, available in 3, 5, or 7-ton versions. The saddles can be moved with a forklift as they are equipped with fork slots and come with two fixed and two swivel wheels with brakes. Heights, dimensions, and capacities can be customized.
• SE NAV (transportable saddle with motorized trolley): A cradle for transporting motorboats on ships or trucks, with customizable dimensions to meet specific needs. The side stands have adjustable tilt and height, and are equipped with a cap with a 360° swiveling ball and an adjustable screw. Capacity ranges from 10 to 100 tons, or more upon request.
• SET EXPO (transportable saddle with motorized trolley): A cradle for transporting motorboats on ships or trucks. As with SE NAV, all dimensions, both length and width, can be customized to specific requirements. It features a convenient keel support and adjustable side arms with screws, on which fenders are positioned to better cushion the load. Available in 5, 10, 15, or 20-ton versions.

Models for Sailing Boats

There are various models of trailers for sailing boats. In this case, Navaltecnosud Boat Stand offers four different models. The flagship model is the INV, a transportable cradle with a motorized trailer, recommended for sailing boats ranging from 25 to 200 tons. The INV consists of two modules appropriately positioned towards the stern and bow. Each module of the INV is composed of a lower part that fits into the trailer, while the upper part is wider than the trailer to allow a convenient support for transportation. On the upper part of this module, either the boat’s custom cradles, provided by the shipyard, or height-adjustable props can be positioned. The weight of the two structures with the boat is supported directly on the trailer’s beams, unlike normal saddles which use the trailer’s forks.

All dimensions of the INV can be customized according to the size of the motorized trailer that will be used for moving the boats.
