Public notices after CRN S.p.A (Ferretti Group) shareholders’ meeting confirm what we disclosed yesterday : Lamberto Tacoli, President and Managing Director of CRN hasn’t seen the renewal of his mandate.
The meeting, which took place this morning in Ancona, has confirmed Tacoli as the President of the Italian Nautical Association, born only few months ago to represent the interest and requests of the national nautical compartment in opposition to UCINA.
The board of directors of CRN is now made up of the Lawyer Alberto Galassi acting as President, the Engineer Piero Ferrari as vice president and four councilors (Eng. Stefano de Vivo, Eng. Giordano Pellacani, Dr. Italo Valenti, Dr.. Marco Zammarchi).
