Rumours about a possible non-renewal of the position of Lamberto Tacoli, the President and Chief Executive Officer of CRN, are getting more and more convincing. CRN is a brand of Ferretti Group specialised in the production of big displacing yachts (from 40 up to 90 metres of length). The news is hot these days, it has had no official denial and it might be ratified during the next general meeting, scheduled in few weeks.
If confirmed, the news would have a great consequence in all boating since Tacoli is the President of Italian Boating, too, the professional association born few months ago in opposition to UCINA. The loss of his role in CRN would not be without impact inside the association.
CRN is a brand of Ferretti Group, like Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, Itama, Mochi Craft, CRN and Custom Line.
Since January 2012, the Group is a subsidiary of the Chinese Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Weichai Group, and it is guided by the President Tan Xuguang and the Chief Executive Officer, Lawyer Alberto Galassi.
