Guidi at METS 2022: many novelties and a positive look to the future

Guidi returns to METS in Amsterdam after the September boat shows with many novelties and many new projects for the future.

Many changes have been announced during this year’s METS for Guidi Srl, a Made in Italy boating company that has been producing and selling purification filters, block valves, drains and sea intakes, fittings and other marine accessories since 1968.

The Italian company participates in various exhibitions every year, but certainly the METS – Marine Equipments Trade Show, is the most important appointment.

This year at the world’s reference B2B event for marine accessories, the company brings several novelties: first and foremost, a new stand position. For an internal reorganization of the spaces, the exhibition organizers have decided to move the traditional collective of Italian companies and so Guidi has also undergone a move and is now located in Hall 12, Booth 120.

The underlying theme will be the products’ Longer Life Option, and since it was at the recent Genoa Boat Show that the company was highly praised for the quality, durability and price of the materials used, bronze being the most prominent, it has now pushed the envelope.

Thinking of the future Guidi, despite the socio-economic period not being easy, has also decided to invest in people and so has hired new employees and from next year will also be able to count on the new areas being extended at the headquarters.

Figures are very encouraging, the company’s turnover from January to October was very positive and saw a 27% increase over the same period last year. These figures, together with the satisfied opinions of customers, are prompting Guidi Srl to focus on investing in the development of products for new market segments and to push into new geographical areas.

Given this year’s excellent results and the novelties of METS 2022, company manager Daniele Guidi said:

“METS is always a showcase of primary importance for us, as it allows us to come into direct contact with the most qualified professionals coming from all over the world, primarily customers but also distributors, agents and partners. The positive feedback received at previous boat shows has been invaluable to us, and we want to continue on our path of organic growth, consolidating the company’s position in the market”.

In the wake of the work and the excellent results achieved, Guidi at METS is preparing for its near future by investing and innovating both the site itself and the products, offering the market the best quality in marine accessories worldwide.
