Gulf Craft, an innovative shipbuilder from UAE specialized in luxury yachts, has announced the decision to enter the world of superyachts at Monaco Boat Show. They’re in fact working on two projects: new 61-metre Majesty 200 (in the picture above) and 53-metre Majesty 175.
Both the two yachts will be equipped with elipad, beach club and large conversation areas.
A news which follows the launch in Europe of the flagship Majesty 155 that we saw at Cannes Yachting Festival and now at Monaco Boat Show. Majesty 155 gained CEDIA Awards as “Best Yacht Installation”, which means the best boat in terms of on-board entertainment technology. A second sample, which should be launched in 2017, is under construction.
“Gulf Craft has grown and evolved together with its customers and now we have found new targets to reach. Our aim – has declared Mohammed Hussein Al Shaali, Chairman of Gulf Craft – is to redefine the production of superyachts through advanced composite materials even for sizes once considered impossible. They will be custom-made products. Our great determination has resulted in this moment, when research and development meet mega yachts design”.
Erwin Bamps, CEO of Gulf Craft, has underlined that the decision to enter the world of superyachts represents the natural evolution of the company. ” We have always been very ambitious. We faced many challenges in order to overcome the limitations linked to our yachts’ sizes and, over the last three years, we have launched Majesty 155, Majesty 135 and Majesty 122 with great success, even in terms of orders received”.
“Today, the increase in private wealth and the increasing interest into recreational boating are generating a rise in the demand for products able to give the greatest luxury from both the design and engineering point of view – added Bamps – And now, with new Majesty 200 and Majesty 175, we want to go beyond innovation and let the luxury dreams of our customers come true”
