Merry Fisher 1295 Fly, Jeanneau’s new flagship on display in Paris

After her debut in Cannes, the Merry Fisher 1295 Fly could not of course be missing from the Paris Boat Show. It is the flagship of the range and quintessence of the Jeanneau brand, whose cruising style she fully embodies, with a very high level of quality and finishing: 900 hp at the owner’s disposal with a sophistication visible right down to the smallest detail.

Ingenuity at the service of exceptional outdoor living

In 13 metres, Jeanneau has synthesized in its new flagship all the space needed to enjoy cruising with family or friends in the midst of sharing: three cabins, living spaces on board designed for family relaxation and a large flybridge with terrace are the calling card of the Merry Fisher 1295 Fly.

The bow is designed for relaxation, featuring a three-seat sundeck, while its large aft cockpit opens out onto the sea with access to the water facilitated by an electric deck on the starboard side: thanks to a U-shaped sofa and a central table, it is the first space guests can use for a lunch or breakfast by the sea.

A second table is located on the bridge, right next to the console where, thanks also to a very efficient design solution, two more comfortable sofas are inserted behind which, in a sort of conjunction with the cockpit, is a very convenient kitchen with hob and sink.

But the real highlight is the flybridge, fully equipped for driving at full speed, but also perfect for a splendid cocktail at the end of the day: here too there are a table, a fridge and some sofas, essential elements for a few moments of relaxation.

The lines are very beautiful and sleek and thanks to the large windows, light circulates through all the spaces both on deck and below deck, giving even more volume and depth, a very thorough job that comes from Jeanneau Design’s collaboration with Centkowski & Denert Design.

Merry Fisher 1295 Fly – Interior and Propulsion

The concept of light, as I mentioned, also returns in the interiors, which consist of three cabins below deck, all doubles for a total of six to eight berths, where a selection of contemporary and refined materials shine thanks to the sunlight penetrating through the large windows.

The master cabin, located in the bow, has its own head, while the other two cabins with single beds share a common one; there is also plenty of storage space for bags and clothes.

Everything here leads to the pursuit of comfort and sharing, but the sleeping areas are well defined and ideal for families who spend a lot of time on board and therefore also need the right amount of privacy: after all, if you want to spend time together, you can always make use of the living areas in the saloon that joins the cockpit on deck.

Of course, an important powertrain is needed to move its more than 8 tonnes, especially to enjoy full performance at sea and give value to the hull. The Merry Fisher 1295 Fly is thus designed to accommodate 3 outboards of 300 hp each, for a total of 900 hp.

Added to this is the high level of on-board technology, including a dual GPS screen and joystick and autopilot mode, while not forgetting options such as a generator, air conditioning, gyro stabilizer and Seakeeper or hydraulic gangway.

On the Merry Fisher 1295 Fly there is all the know-how from the house of Jeanneau to offer the ultimate in on-board liveability and cruising performance, and in Paris this certainly did not go unnoticed.
