Finally, here it is! We widely announced its launch few weeks ago. Now, after the test of its younger sister, Venom 26, Diamond 34 is in water for the first time, as you can see in the following exclusive pictures. The range of Alluminium Series (which accompanies that one of smaller fiberglass models, from 18 to 21 feet) enlarges with a new flagship, 10.36 metres long and 2.98 metres wide. LTN fully enters in the world of maxi-ribs.
As always, the yard renews the collaboration with Suzuki. The first Diamond 34 is in fact pushed by a couple of DF 300 AP V6 engines. We know little about the new creature by Ezio Agazzi and Giulio Sottocornola‘s yard. Its official presentation will take place at the Genoa Boat Show next October. However, a certain design continuity with Venom 26 is evident and the designer Alessandro Chessa‘s style is unmistakable.
The bow design is beautifl, with a storable anchor within the stempost, while the deck plan is clear and functional. The console is wide and two berths and a chemical wc found place inside, where the height reaches 175 cm. Like Venom, Diamond will allow a great amount of customizable solutions thanks to its aluminium construction.
In terms of bottom lines, Diamond 34 is a single step with a medium deadrise of 29° and a fore one of 67°. The advanced stempost gives a typical aggressive appearance and some more extended water lines, comparable to bigger rubber boats’ bottoms.
