NAVALTECNOSUD BOAT STAND, a leading company in the design and supply of equipment for shipyards, continues to innovate its products to ensure quality and safety for its customers. Today, the company introduces a new fixed-inclination boat stand for supporting sailing boats and large motorboats.
The fixed-inclination stand is designed to accommodate all types of boats, particularly medium and large vessels. It can be manufactured with single load capacities ranging from 3 to 5 tons, depending on the selected version, and with heights ranging from 800 mm to 4500 mm. Like all products offered by NAVALTECNOSUD BOAT STAND, the boat stand can also be designed and customized according to specific needs and requirements. This allows shipyards and industry professionals to receive immediate feedback and find prompt solutions to a wide range of challenges. Every boat has unique characteristics, and the adaptability of NAVALTECNOSUD BOAT STAND products ensures solutions for various situations while maintaining a unique standard of safety.
Ensuring the safety of vessels during storage or in situations requiring stabilization is crucial. The boat stand is made of weather-resistant materials and is protected against corrosion caused by salt, which typically affects shipyard equipment.
The height of the CIF boat stand is adjustable through a latest-generation screw telescope, and it features a fixed inclination of 12 degrees—an optimal angle for most sailing boat hulls and the center bow of motorboats.
For 10-meter-long sailing boats, the company recommends using two boat stands per side to ensure balanced weight distribution. The use of chains with tensioners and coupling bars is advised (specifically for sailing boats) to create a unified structure, which is essential for increasing safety.
For sailing boats ranging from 10 to 15 meters, three stands per side are recommended, while for vessels over 20 meters, four or more stands per side should be used, depending on the size and configuration of the boat. For motorboats, it is important to evaluate weight distribution, as the weight is significantly concentrated in the engine area, unlike sailing boats, which have a more evenly distributed load. The arrangement should be carefully planned to achieve homogeneous weight distribution and ensure maximum safety during positioning.
The CIF boat stand is CE-certified, like all products offered by NAVALTECNOSUD BOAT STAND. This certification ensures that the product meets European safety standards in terms of quality and reliability.

Is this inclination intended as a design tool, or for improved deck drainage while ashore ?
