What better opportunity for Bavaria than the Exhibition of Düsseldorf to “baptize” its new DA10 project? It will be called Bavaria E40 and it will be the new 12-foot motorboat of the group, with a semi-displacing hull. The “E” in the name – the German shipyard explains – means ecological, exploratory, efficient, emotional and not expensive.
The first prototype will be ready next spring, after months of work which have involved not only the Dutch designers from Vripack, but also journalists, sellers and charter companies which have contributed to the project with their ideas in order to meet market demands and needs ( we have told the start of the project here:

In November, we revealed the first renderings and we told something more about the Bavaria’s project: a contemporary design, an intelligent use of spaces, efficiency and comfort as focal point of the project. At the Exhibition of Düsseldorf the German group has confirmed the progress achieved and they have announced the launch of the first prototype next spring.
