Nuova Jolly gets a new look and projects into the future

Nuova Jolly Marine is unstoppable. The Milan-based shipyard, led by the Aiello brothers, is not satisfied with simply continuing to innovate by launching new boats every year. In a surprise move, they chose the Genoa Boat Show to unveil the new image of their brand.

“Nuova Jolly is now recognized globally, and we wanted a brand that could best capture the Italian way of sailing – explains Teo Aiello during the presentation – It’s not just about speed (although our RIBs certainly excel in that area), but also about sailing with style and elegance—a quintessentially Italian trait”.

These characteristics, clearly reflected in the new brochures, also hint that the purpose of these RIBs includes fostering conviviality on board—an important and distinctive element for the owners who choose Nuova Jolly.

The shipyard’s new pictogram, refreshed after ten years, is both sleek and elegant. It features a refined tricolor that masterfully combines the beauty of Made in Italy with the shipyard’s initials, outlining them simply as if they were waves of the sea. But it is the logotype that takes things up a notch, boldly declaring the name of the shipyard, which is now well-known on an international level.

“In the past, we were concerned that Nuova Jolly might be difficult to pronounce abroad, which is why the previous logo emphasized NJ, the initials of our company – explains Teo Aiello – However, the experience of the last decade has shown that not only was there no pronunciation issue, but, in fact, our owners loved referring to our full name, Nuova Jolly”.

The event reached its climax with the unveiling of the new logos, the presentation of the new catalog, and, as a demonstration of the shipyard’s craftsmanship, the cold gluing of the logos onto the RIBs on display.

Nuova Jolly is unstoppable

Nuova Jolly’s innovations are far from stopping here. Alongside the presentation of the new coordinated image, the shipyard also unveiled the new Prince 27 Exclusive and Prince 30 Sport Cabin, two models that have always been among Nuova Jolly’s best sellers, now shown for the first time in their new versions. However, we will have to wait until early October to see the new Prince 45, which will make its world debut in Salerno.

Another major event, also happening simultaneously, was the arrival at the show of “Mediterraneo in Rosa.” Organized by Antonio Aiello, this event involves an all-female crew embarking on a long-distance RIB raid to support the Lorenzo Perrone Association. Through the “Cuore Rosa” project, the association provides free services to women undergoing cancer treatment.

Rounding off this impressive lineup of initiatives, it’s worth noting that the Nuova Jolly team, made up of the legendary Claudio and Alessandro Aiello, had the honor of winning the Touring Cup in this year’s FIM Offshore Championship.

In short, a dynamic and tireless company that is clearly driven by incredible energy!
