Catamarans and multihulls

Prestige M8 conquers Venice

These days, at the Venice Boat Show, one yacht stands out more than the others. It is the Prestige M8, the flagship of the French shipyard, showcased prominently to capture the attention of the public crowding the historic Arsenale for the most important boat show in the Adriatic and Eastern Mediterranean, running until Sunday, June 2nd. The Prestige M8 was brought here directly from the brand’s production facility located just a few dozen kilometers away, specifically in Monfalcone, at the Groupe Beneteau Italia shipyard. The second main production site of Prestige is strategically situated in this Friulian location: overlooking the Adriatic Sea and spanning over 45,000 square meters, it is a state-of-the-art facility benefiting from extensive experience in building large yachts.

Displayed in collaboration with Easy Yacht Solution, Prestige’s exclusive dealer, the M8 is drawing the attention of the Venice crowd because it is radically different from all other boats: this motor catamaran is a luxurious floating apartment, a cruising yacht ready to offer a dream lifestyle for those fortunate enough to own it.

The decision to bring our multihull flagship, the PRESTIGE M8, marks the importance of such an event for the international market and demonstrates the brand’s investment in the area – explains Erwin Bamps, PRESTIGE Vice President – Indeed, this model, engineered and built at the Groupe Beneteau Italia shipyard in Monfalcone, combines the best of French industrial savoir-faire and Italian heritage in the construction of large yachts”.

The Prestige M8 embodies the ultimate expression of the M-LINE in the world of multihull motor yachts. This line continues to gain worldwide recognition, for both its flagship and for the tremendous sales success of the M48, positioning Prestige Yachts as a key player in that market segment.

This Prestige-branded motor catamaran offers the equivalent space and comfort of an 85-foot monohull yacht, ensuring natural stability and excellent seaworthiness, owing to her twin hulls. Dedicated living spaces for entertaining are reinvented, featuring an open design for fluid movement on board, in close proximity to the sea. The M8 offers an incomparable experience: living in perfect harmony with the sea, for smooth, serene cruising that is more respectful of the environment, with reduced fuel consumption.

After the Venice Boat Show, the Prestige M8 will make several stops along the Spanish coast, the French Riviera, and Italy. At each stop, an exclusive tour of the M8 will be organized. All details about the tour locations and contact information for scheduling a viewing can be found on the Prestige Yachts website.
