Quick Group introduces Xenta, Nemo and Sanguineti brands in the USA

Quick Group confirms its world leading position in the marine equipment industry. The US division Quick Usa, in fact, introduced no less than three brands at the Fort International Boat Show (FLIBS) held from last October 29 to November 2: Xenta, Nemo and Sanguineti, each with their own special offering and contributing to establish Quick Group at the top of the global yachting market.

Italian by birth but international in soul, Quick Group is one of the world’s leading players in marine equipment for the yacht and superyacht sectors, serving top production and custom boatbuilders in Europe and around the world thanks to technologically advanced integrated solutions and top quality accessories and core components.

The Group’s US-based division, Quick USA, acts as an extension of the parent company, supporting regional OEMs and delivering service and after-sales support to the American market. Following Quick Group’s acquisition of Xenta, Nemo and Sanguineti brands in 2023, Quick USA launched three new distinct and exciting product lines at the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, ready to conquer the US yachting market.

Introducing Quick Group’s brand in the USA

Xenta focuses on enhancing maneuverability through innovative and optimized control systems on board. Nemo develops core products such as portlights and hatches and has recently launched the first pantograph door with an active compressed-air seal. Sanguineti, with more than five decades of heritage and artisanal quality is a benchmark for the superyacht market, with entirely Italian and tailor-made production of hydraulic and electric motion systems, including gangways, ladders and platforms. All products are fully custom-designed depending on the owner’s or shipyard’s needs.

The products from Sanguineti, Xenta and Nemo differ from the rest of the Quick Group portfolio, as they are based on the principle of customized production – says Marco Santoro, Managing Director of Quick USA – This makes them highly relevant in the yacht and superyacht market – especially Sanguineti, which is almost exclusively tailor-made. The inclusion of these brands in Quick USA’s portfolio certainly expands the offering to a larger dimensional segment in order to better meets our customers’needs”.

“Furthermore – adds Santoro – it’s hard to find comparable products in the US market, as the quality offered by Sanguineti and Nemo has no equals in the region. There are virtually no competitors to Xenta in the American market as it will be the only brand able to offer such innovative solutions, particularly for boats with traditional shaft-line propulsion. Xenta can do for a boat what a company like Brembo does in the automotive industry – designing customized systems to fit the personality of the boat, such as Xenta adaptive steering. This takes into account all technical aspects such as size, hull shape, operational speed, vessel characteristics, and whether it’s a pleasure vessel, a fast boat or a fishing boat”.

Tailored Solutions for the US market

The three Quick Group’s brands are also tailoring solutions specific to the US buyer: “Nemo is investing in adapting some of its best-selling product lines to the American market – Santoro explains – Sanguineti is already synonymous in Europe with highly customized, high-quality products that encapsulate the essence of design and endurance. Xenta is working on a specific product for the sportfisher segment, enabling American boat owners to maneuver their boats along their ideal route, going forward and backward at both low and high speeds, in any wind and wave conditions”.

In addition to its commitment to product innovation, Quick Group has made significant investments in regional maintenance and support, further enhanced by the 2024 acquisition of Yachting Marine Service , which specializes in superyacht service and leading yachting brands. The expertise of the YMS team, along with their US-specific market knowledge and dedicated service center facility in Florida, complements Quick Group’s ethos as a preferred global partner for many OEMs.

“In-the-field support is essential for this type of product – Santoro affirms – so the entire after-sales team at Quick USA has been trained not only in commissioning and validating installations at the go-live point but also to offer scheduled maintenance packages and warranty extension. This ensures an excellent customer experience” .

Strategic growth opportunities

The official launch of Xenta, Nemo and Sanguineti in the US marks another major milestone in the strategic development of Quick Group, adding another suite of products and solutions as well as expanding and coalescing a holistic approach to the development, supply and service of marine equipment to OEMs, shipyards and owners.

“The introduction of these brands in the US represents a very significant growth opportunity for Quick’s American branch, allowing us to cater to a wider range of boats, including larger yachts and superyachts – affirms Michele Marzucco, Chief Executive Officer of Quick Group – Our goal is to position ourselves as the sole point of contact capable of providing the clients or ship owners with the products they wish to install on board. We can now offer a package of products that has no equal, including windlasses, battery chargers, water heaters, lighting and stabilization system, bow and stern thrusters, as well as pantograph doors and salon entryways, portholes, hatches, gangways, beach platforms, retractable mooring systems, and integrated systems for complete vessel control. While Xenta, Nemo and Sanguineti may be less familiar in the US, many American boats–especially those from iconic brands such as Azimut and Ferretti – do have Sanguineti and Nemo products onboard”.

“The US market has always been fundamental for the Group, starting with the decision to open Quick USA in 2006 – Marzucco says Today, we see even greater opportunities with these new brand lines backed by our dedicated sales and support team, who bring great enthusiasm to this challenge. We are at the beginning of a new era and initial feedback has been very positive”.

In addition to building on 18 years of foundation, Quick USA embodies the decades-long history of the companies it represents in the American market, a history built on customer-focused technological innovation, alongside a short, sustainable supply chain. The Group offers products that are not only 100 percent Made in Italy but also deliver cutting edge integrated solutions to the boating market.  “We are also opening that integration to products with other brands – Marzucco concludes – We don’t want to be an insular company; we want to collaborate with other companies in the industry Iin order to share and enrich our vision. We now have a robust after-sales service, which is essential. The Group focus has been to enhance the service offering for both American and European customers, and I believe we can confidently say that Quick Group is now the best-organized European company in the United States. The formal introduction of Sanguineti, Nemo and Xenta in the US, alongside our extended portfolio of Quick Nautical Equipment, Quick Marine Lighting and MC2 brands, will only enhance what we can offer owners and shipyards alike”.
