Quick UK expands: new headquarters for a growing business

Quick UK: estimated revenue of 1 million pounds, + 30% compared to 2019

The increase could not go unnoticed. This is an extraordinary year that deserves to be repeated on an even bigger “stage”.

After the rapid sales increase registered between 2019 and the first months of 2020, Quick UK is moving to a larger headquarters in Holbury, in the Glenmore Business Park, just a few kilometers from Southampton.

Established in 2018 by Quick Spa as a more direct strategic channel with UK customers, given the entry into force of Brexit, Quick UK is achieving exceptional results: this year, the expected turnover will approach £ 1 million , with a 30% growth compared to 2019 (data estimated before the pandemic emergency), thus consolidating the offer in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The achievement is so important that Quick UK’s top management has decided to identify a new plant, built specifically in Hampshire and where all the staff will move in May.

The new headquarters covers around 5,000 square feet and is six times bigger than the current unit located in Hythe, south of England.

Quick UK expands its technical staff to offer a better customer service

This decision will allow to keep the entire Quick range in the UK warehouses, as Quick UK Managing Director Andrew Sims explains.

We’re proud of the exceptional result achieved by Quick UK. The remarquable business growth registered over the last 18 months has resulted into the need for an important and significant step, which represents a very positive move aimed at strengthening Quick’s commitment over the long term, therefore it is a forward-looking choice.

We currently have an excellent volume of stocks – Mr. Sims says – Nevertheless, our new larger headquarters will allow us to transport an ever wider range of stocks, further shortening delivery times to our customers”.

The company, which is taking an increasingly important role on the British market, is also planning to expand its technical staff in order to offer a better customer service. In this regard, Andrew Sims states:

The need to move to this new location was born both from the need to be able to count on an even larger warehouse, capable of greater product supply to satisfy all market requests quickly, and to expand our staff with highly trained professional figures”.

Quick UK covers all operational activities, from sales to technical assistance, and has always preferred direct contact with customers. A modus operandi and an approach to the public that have been deservedly rewarded by revenues.

It is no coincidende that Quick Spa, the global leader in the manufacture of marine accessories, boasts the largest and most widespread assistance network in the world. And the figures speak for themselves.
