INFLATABLE BOATS AND RIBS

Solemar: Open Days scheduled for May 4th-5th in Peschiera del Garda

Solemar Open Days

May 4th and 5th are the dates to mark on the calendar for all enthusiasts of Solemar’s Maxi-Ribs. Indeed, on that weekend, the highly anticipated Solemar “Open Days” will take place, organized by the Bergamo-based manufacturer to allow all its customers, both longstanding and potential, to test the performance of its extraordinary inflatables on the water. The appointment is at Porto Bruno Manfredi in Peschiera del Garda (Verona), which will provide its stunning lake waters for racing aboard the Ribs available for testing. Solemar’s “Open Days” are organized in collaboration with Mercury, Nautica Pezzotti, and Raymarine. To participate, it is mandatory to book your water test by filling out a form on the Solemar website.

The event scheduled in Peschiera del Garda frames a year of excellent results for Solemar, which has launched four new models in the last twelve months.

The latest and most interesting addition is the brand-new Solemar SE33, of which the first unit has already been sold, and the second one is currently under construction. It’s a cabin RIB that strikes a perfect balance between maneuverability and space, featuring a hull that builds upon the already excellent and thoroughly tested design of the 32.1 Oceanic, but with further significant improvements in terms of stability and navigation, even in the most challenging sea conditions.

Among boating experts, what stands out the most about the Solemar SE33 are its harmonious lines and the use of high-quality materials, offered in warm color schemes that create a welcoming and refined atmosphere both inside and outside.

The design of the SE33 is indeed sophisticated, eliciting admiration from both enthusiasts of the historic brand and new boat owners alike. Thanks to the confidence inspired by the initial images of the SE33 and the longstanding reliability of the Bergamo-based brand, the first unit of this new model will be premiered at the upcoming Venice Boat Show (scheduled from May 29th to June 2nd). However, the editorial team of YachtingNews has had the exclusive opportunity to preview the new Solemar SE33, of which we present an image detail.

We can guarantee you: this is truly an exceptional inflatable boat that offers not only beauty but also immense comfort on board for both short and medium-range cruising. This is mainly thanks to the four berths, numerous handrails facilitating passage from stern to bow, backrests in the aft area designed to ensure comfort and safety, and a cockpit providing ample space for entertaining guests, featuring a U-shaped sofa surrounding a collapsible table that can be transformed into a luxurious and spacious sunbathing area.

The equipment of the Solemar SE33 is completed by an outdoor kitchen and a modern asymmetrical steering console, composing an elegant and comprehensive maxi-rib that brings a breath of fresh air to the overall offering of cabin inflatables, combining the functionality and habitability of a boat with the impressive navigation capabilities of an inflatable.

Solemar is unstoppable

Production at the shipyard is going full steam ahead, demonstrating the reliability and success of the brand. This is evident from the five inflatable boats that we had the opportunity to admire firsthand. An occasion that allowed us to get up close with the new Solemar SE33, which, we have no doubt, is destined to become the new icon of this historic shipyard in no time.
