Uniesse is back. After the total acquisition of the Italian brand by the former American leader of the group (Uniesse Marine Group LLC), the first fruit of the shipyard’s new deal, the Uniesse 56 SS, made its debut at the last Miami Boat Show where we had the opportunity to visit her.
The Uniesse 56 SS is the evolution of the 55 Sport from which she has inherited her hull and classic sporty lines. Her engine package is up to date and consists of two Volvo IPS 1050 or 1350 HP engines. Alternatively, the owner can opt for a MAN package from 800 to 1200 HP for a top speed of 45 knots and sportier performance.
In addition to attractive lines, this boat stands out for the elegance and luxury that the shipyard has managed to express both in the interior and the exterior design. Climbing on board the Uniesse 56 SS, the visitor can immediately notice the quality of the solutions adopted by the manufacturer: all details are finely selected and made of refined materials. Controls are modern and almost entirely automated for easier boat management.
Interior design is modern. In contrast to the very dark colour of exteriors, the comfortable elegant interiors are very bright. This remarkable brightness is due to the presence of large windows as well as a wide windscreen, a crystal hard top and the glass doors surrounding the dinette that, thanks to the headroom of the latter, contribute to create an inviting space.
Positioned
Below deck, too, the same feeling of livability and light seems to pervade the environment. Moving the steering console and the dinette sofa back and opening the ceiling of the new space, designers have created a true well that draws light from the above while forming a whole with the descending ladder. This solution illuminates the central part of the lower deck where, in the middle, there is a fully-equipped L-shaped galley with double-leaf fridge.
This way, light is spread through the other three cabins that form the interior layout of the Uniesse 56 SS. The effect is particularly evident in the master cabin, equipped with a central bed and positioned aft. Its private bathroom is positioned laterally and fitted with crystal partition walls, which contributes to maximize the effect of light propagation towards the stern.
As for exteriors, the forward section of the deck house is characterized by a large sun pad that can accommodate three guests. As a further proof of the considerable attention of the shipyard to details, the latter is equipped with stereo speakers to make guests enjoy sunbathing in total relax.
The extraordinarily large astern platform is hydraulically-operated and submersible to offer an additional sun pad or accommodate a tender/jet ski.
